Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding bilingual candidates (English/Chinese).
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and compliant with local regulations.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks and fostering a safe work environment.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and align HR practices with business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory for cross-cultural communication and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices, with experience in Bali or Southeast Asia being advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.
