Responsibility
- Assist the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary actions with fairness and discretion.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and align with company goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; experience with local systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
