Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
  • Maintain HR records, databases, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or generalist role.
  • Proven expertise in full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (preferably with experience in Bali).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., SAP, BambooHR).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
