Responsibility
- Accurately record and maintain daily attendance and timekeeping data for all employees using digital or manual systems.
- Verify and process timesheets, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in timekeeping records, collaborating with HR and department heads as needed.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on attendance, overtime, leaves, and other time-related metrics for payroll processing.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll by providing validated timekeeping data to the finance/HR team.
- Monitor and track employee leave balances, including sick leave, vacation, and other absences.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS or timekeeping software.
- Support the implementation of new timekeeping systems or processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Timekeeper, HR Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in timekeeping software (e.g., Kronos, ADP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and labor laws in Indonesia (a plus).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
