Responsibility
- Represent the financial institution at designated locations across Bali, engaging with clients and promoting banking/finance services.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and promotions to potential and existing clients.
- Assist in organizing and executing project-related events, workshops, or roadshows in collaboration with the team.
- Collect and document client feedback to improve service delivery and project outcomes.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while interacting with diverse clientele.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Report daily activities, challenges, and successes to the project coordinator for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or project support roles, preferably in the banking/finance sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to undergo training.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends or evenings as required by the project.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local culture and geography is advantageous.
