Responsibility
- Develop, produce, and publish high-quality TikTok content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze TikTok performance metrics (views, likes, shares, comments, etc.) to optimize content strategy and ROI.
- Engage with followers and influencers to build a strong community around the brand on TikTok.
- Assist in the planning and execution of influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand reach.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and adheres to platform guidelines and legal requirements.
- Provide regular reports on content performance, trends, and competitive insights to the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a TikTok Content Creator, Social Media Assistant, or similar role (portfolio or examples of work required).
- Deep understanding of TikTokâs platform, trends, and algorithm, with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing innovations.
- Strong creative skills, including video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools), scripting, and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with influencer marketing, community management, or digital advertising is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media and digital culture.
