Responsibility
- Assist in managing and updating product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Tokopedia).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including social media promotions and email marketing.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Help resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent service to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for product descriptions and promotions.
- Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics for e-commerce operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for optimizing online sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
