Responsibility
- Host live promotional events and product demonstrations in high-traffic locations across Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Kuta).
- Engage with audiences in person and via digital platforms to promote company products and services.
- Create compelling content for live streams, social media, and other digital channels to drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for live events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Monitor and report on audience engagement, feedback, and sales performance during live events.
- Represent the company professionally at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and values.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hosting, public speaking, or customer-facing roles (e.g., hospitality, retail, events).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapting to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Live) and live streaming tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet and improvise during live interactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for marketing, communications, or customer engagement is a strong advantage.
