Responsibility
- Manage and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and enhance CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Develop and implement sales forecasting models to support revenue growth and business planning.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and sales automation tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Experience in sales forecasting and performance reporting is a plus.
