Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers, content creators, and digital talent to amplify brand reach and authenticity.
- Lead a team of social media specialists and content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to drive performance.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and product, to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Oversee content creation, including briefs, scripting, and production, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Manage budgets for creator partnerships, paid social campaigns, and content production to maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, creator collaborations, or digital content strategies.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a track record of managing creator partnerships.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting ROI, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
