Responsibility
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across Bali.
- Plan and manage field marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and experiential activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of trade and field marketing activities, providing actionable insights.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign impact.
- Train and mentor field marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade or field marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing trade partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
