Responsibility

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Analytics.
- Create compelling briefs, mood boards, and content guidelines for influencer partnerships.
- Track KPIs (engagement rates, reach, conversions) and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging influencer marketing strategies.
- Support the team in brainstorming creative campaign ideas and activation concepts.
- Assist in budget tracking and ROI analysis for influencer spend.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
