Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional product marketing strategies that align with global business objectives and local market needs
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from launch planning to end-of-life strategies, ensuring optimal market penetration
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and product positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to ensure seamless product rollouts and adoption
- Design and deliver product training programs for internal teams and external partners to maximize product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights
- Act as the regional product expert, providing guidance to sales teams and supporting customer engagement initiatives
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends to drive product innovation and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a regional or international role
- Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles in Southeast Asian markets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with remote/hybrid work arrangements
- Passion for technology and innovation, with experience in digital products preferred
