Whether youâre crafting trend-driven videos, analyzing performance metrics, or brainstorming creative campaigns, your work will directly impact our brandâs visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy tailored to Malay-speaking audiences, aligning with brand voice and goals.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging videos (short-form, tutorials, UGC-style, etc.) optimized for the TikTok algorithm.
- Monitor TikTok analytics (views, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Collaborate with influencers and beauty communities in the Malay market to amplify brand reach.
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, challenges, and hashtags relevant to beauty and skincare.
- Translate and localize content from English to Malay to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Assist in community management by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative campaign ideas to boost brand awareness and conversions.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Malay (written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven experience with TikTok content creation (personal or professional) with a portfolio or examples to showcase.
- Strong understanding of TikTokâs algorithm, trends, and best practices for organic growth.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or similar tools).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to fast-changing trends.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, or wellness industries is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not mandatory but a plus).
