Responsibility
- Recruit, train, and manage a network of Business Agents (BAs) across Bali
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new BAs and clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets for automotive financing products
- Maintain strong relationships with existing BAs and financial partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with Bali's market and business culture
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
