Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
- Create and manage content calendars, including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform campaign decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, engagement) to optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and partnerships to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep marketing initiatives innovative and effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or financial services environment.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft persuasive, error-free content.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
