Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, social media ads, and other paid digital campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and refine high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, landing pages, metadata) aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze web traffic, conversion rates, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, sales) to ensure cohesive digital marketing execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in SEO, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Data Studio).
- Strong understanding of content marketing, link-building, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with PPC advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive strategic recommendations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
