Responsibility
- Conduct in-person visits to assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service providers as a regular customer.
- Evaluate the quality of customer service, staff professionalism, and adherence to brand standards.
- Assess the cleanliness, product display, and overall ambiance of the establishment.
- Document detailed observations and complete evaluation forms accurately and promptly.
- Provide constructive feedback on areas for improvement and highlight exceptional service.
- Maintain confidentiality and anonymity during all assignments.
- Follow specific instructions for each assignment, including timing and interaction requirements.
- Submit reports within the designated deadline using our online platform.
Qualifications
- Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Ability to remain objective and unbiased in evaluations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions precisely.
- Access to a smartphone or device for reporting and communication.
- Flexible availability to conduct assignments during business hours, weekends, or evenings.
- Reside in or have easy access to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
- No prior experience requiredâfull training provided.
