Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition in Bali and beyond.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to maximize ROI.
- Create and curate engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) for websites, blogs, and social platforms tailored to local and international audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from product launches to promotional events.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement, traffic) to refine campaigns and improve outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and vendors to amplify brand reach.
- Oversee budget allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact spending.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG, agriculture, or food industry.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and measurable results in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), social media platforms, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
