Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability for Sleepasil.
- Lead product innovation and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine brand positioning.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product launches and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, and consumer feedback, to inform data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of driving brand growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research tools and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
