Responsibility
- Host live TikTok sessions to promote products, demonstrate features, and answer viewer questions in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live-streaming schedules and content calendars.
- Engage with the audience through comments, polls, and interactive features to boost viewer retention and conversions.
- Monitor live sales performance, track key metrics (e.g., engagement rate, conversion rate), and provide post-session reports.
- Research trending products, TikTok algorithms, and competitor strategies to optimize live content.
- Assist in preparing scripts, product descriptions, and promotional materials for live sessions.
- Build and maintain a loyal community by fostering relationships with regular viewers and followers.
- Stay updated on TikTokâs latest features, tools, and best practices for live selling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or live streaming (TikTok/other platforms is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear, engaging, and professional tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and product presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with peak live-streaming times.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, or influencer collaborations is an advantage.
