Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients (B2B and B2C) in assigned Bali regions to promote WiFi and broadband packages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our internet solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to provide expert recommendations.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales, telecom, or B2B/B2C sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Strong understanding of WiFi, broadband, or IT solutions (training provided for the right candidate).
- Willingness to travel across Bali (own motorcycle and SIM C license are a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving client needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a advantage.
