Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition, partnerships, and market diversification.
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, operations) to align sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, ROI, and other critical metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing and sales plans.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
