Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally as needed.
