Responsibility
- Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, and travel packages.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Handle ticketing processes, including issuance, modifications, and cancellations.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients regarding travel itineraries and updates.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best deals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and industry regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and manage travel documents, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMK Pariwisata (Vocational High School in Tourism) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and ticketing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with Bali and other popular travel destinations in Indonesia.
