Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for catering, hotel, and restaurant divisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Develop and implement cost-control strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk assessments to support business stability and growth.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives and drive performance metrics.
- Oversee tax planning, audits, and regulatory compliance to mitigate financial and legal risks.
- Leverage financial data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality, catering, or F&B industry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management for multi-unit or diverse business operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software; experience with hospitality-specific tools is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
