Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of the bar, including setting up and closing down.
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly stored.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking and restocking supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and attended to.
- Work closely with the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverages as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations is an advantage.
