Responsibility
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to minimize waste and control costs.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance guest engagement and revenue growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance metrics, sales, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Floor Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume venues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
