Responsibility
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of classrooms, common areas, and event spaces.
- Greet and direct visitors, students, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, organizing materials, and managing supplies.
- Help coordinate and supervise group activities or workshops as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the centre’s facilities.
- Assist in preparing and distributing learning materials or equipment.
- Provide general support to instructors and staff during classes or events.
- Handle light clerical duties, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., assistant, helper, or customer service) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) are preferred.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- A passion for education, hospitality, or community service is an advantage.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia (for non-locals).
