Responsibility

  • Assist the Floor Manager in supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to floor staff, including servers, hosts, and support teams, to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and implement service recovery measures when necessary.
  • Conduct regular floor inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members, ensuring they understand service protocols and company values.
  • Manage inventory of floor supplies (e.g., linens, tableware) and coordinate with procurement for restocking.
  • Support in resolving staff conflicts or operational challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback to improve service quality and operational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality, F&B, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and maintain high service standards under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest and staff needs.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
