Responsibility
- Welcome and assist visitors with ticket purchases, inquiries, and general information.
- Provide accurate details about park attractions, schedules, and special events.
- Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with a professional and courteous approach.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations at the ticketing counter.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Assist in promotional activities and special events as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, ticketing, or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and basic computer operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for wildlife conservation and tourism is an advantage.
