Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for international placements in hospitality and tourism.
- Coordinate with overseas employers to match candidates with suitable roles.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including documentation, visa processing, and pre-departure briefings.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws and company policies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future placements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging hiring trends.
- Provide guidance to candidates on cultural adaptation and job expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in international placements.
- Strong understanding of hospitality and tourism industry hiring needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and clients efficiently.
- Familiarity with visa and work permit regulations.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
