Responsibility
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient table service to guests in our café and dining areas.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery to tables.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely order fulfillment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and operate POS systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and memberships to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of utensils, glassware, and serving equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
