Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, catering to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner, adhering to hotel standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to uphold service excellence.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Server, or similar role in the hospitality industry (experience in hotels or resorts is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are highly advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or equipment as needed.
