Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping and floor staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, guest-focused service.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to address operational needs and guest concerns.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with hotel policies.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, staff performance, and any incidents or maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or floor supervision within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and inventory systems is advantageous.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for Bali.
