Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Support the culinary team in plating and presenting dishes to ensure high-quality presentation.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Perform basic kitchen tasks such as chopping, peeling, and washing ingredients as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
