Event Dates: August 15-16, 2026
Locations: Premium malls across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
Responsibility
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to all booth visitors
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Serve products with attention to presentation and hygiene standards
- Maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout the event
- Handle cash transactions and provide correct change efficiently
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth booth operations
- Upsell products and promotions when appropriate
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Available for the full event duration (August 15-16)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic food handling knowledge preferred
