Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver Nando’s signature hospitality and efficiency.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination to minimize waste and control costs.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Support in scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews for staff.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Drive sales and promotional initiatives to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality/restaurant industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and work under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Passion for customer service and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, Excel, inventory software).
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
