Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of lounge staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, such as customer feedback and sales targets, to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance lounge services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, preferably in lounges, bars, or luxury resorts.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
- Certification in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
