Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and performance metrics for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and event execution.
- Drive sales through promotional activities and upselling techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and maintain high service standards.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
