Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including room assignments and payment handling.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, courteous resolutions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing using property management systems.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash/credit transactions with precision.
- Provide local recommendations (dining, attractions, transport) to enhance guest experiences.
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, appearance, and service quality at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles (hospitality preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) or quick learning ability.
