Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in Bali.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including individuals, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients about our hearing and vision care solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials tailored to the Bali market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
