Responsibility

  • Drive sales for premium marketing projects, including luxury real estate, hospitality, and tech clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in Bali’s dynamic market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Represent Simtone Marketing at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and events.
