Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to promote Timberland Medical Centre’s services, including digital campaigns, social media, and traditional outreach.
  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients, insurance partners, and referral networks to expand our patient base.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, patient needs, and emerging trends in Bali’s healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to create informative, patient-centric content (brochures, websites, emails) that highlights our services and expertise.
  • Organize and represent the company at health fairs, seminars, and community events to raise brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, ROI) to refine strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and satisfaction from first contact to treatment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or medical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, CRM software).
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
