Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to boost cash loan and multipurpose financing sales for two-wheeler purchases in Bali.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including booking quality, portfolio growth, and customer acquisition costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize loan approval processes and improve conversion rates.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends in Bali’s motorcycle financing sector to expand WOM Finance’s market share.
- Collaborate with product and risk teams to refine loan products tailored to local customer needs.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns (digital/offline) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all marketing and sales activities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with dealers, agents, and financial institutions to strengthen distribution channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services marketing, with a focus on consumer lending or motorcycle financing.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing sales/marketing teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and sales performance tracking.
- Deep understanding of Indonesia’s fintech and motorcycle financing market, preferably in Bali.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) for financial products is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
