Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product development, branding, and customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in the Indonesian market or familiarity with local business practices is advantageous.
