Responsibility

  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, assessing their needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits, and technical specifications of luxury and premium vehicles.
  • Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, financing options, and trade-ins, to close deals efficiently and profitably.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends to offer competitive and informed advice.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups, test drives, and post-sale support to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a smooth handover process, from paperwork to delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices and company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions, auto shows, and marketing events to enhance product expertise and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in automotive sales, luxury retail, or a customer-facing role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, market trends, and competitive products (prior luxury brand experience is advantageous).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to handling objections.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic digital tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules.
