Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote THT products and services in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
