Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the semiconductor industry across Bali and surrounding regions.
- Provide technical consultations to clients, addressing their needs with tailored semiconductor solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their technical and commercial needs.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-ups to ensure smooth implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, or materials.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
