Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the semiconductor industry across Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Provide technical consultations to clients, addressing their needs with tailored semiconductor solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their technical and commercial needs.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-ups to ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, or materials.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
