Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain the safety of patrons in and around Thrillscape areas.
- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with any inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential hazards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, providing first aid and assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety checks.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in safety or hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a safety, security, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
